Easy Returns within 30 Days
Our policy provides for a 30-day return period. You therefore have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a return, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unused or worn
- With original labels and packaging intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
To start a return request, contact us via our contact page. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions, including the shipping address for the return and, if approved, the prepaid label for shipping the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately to allow us to assess the situation and resolve it in the shortest possible time.
Non-returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return:
- Perishable products (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or made-to-measure items
- Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics, beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Refund Times
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you by email of the outcome of the request. If the refund is approved, we will proceed with the credit to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Note:
Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 working days have passed since the refund confirmation and you have not yet received it, please contact us.
