Delivery times vary depending on the destination. All orders require a processing time of 1 to 2 working days before shipment.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package and the destination.
FREE shipping for orders over €50 throughout Italy!
For orders under €50, the standard shipping cost is €4.99 for Italy and varies for international shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your shipment.
You can also access the tracking information by visiting the "Track your order" section on our website.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is not made, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection from a collection point.
In case of non-delivery after several attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or a refund.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact our customer service at info@bricolageitalia.com within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
We will ask you to provide details and, if possible, photos of the damaged package to help us resolve the problem quickly.
